📦 Shipping Times

Our shipping times are based on previous delivery performance and are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weekends, public holidays, weather events, or courier-related issues. Once your order has been handed to our courier, its movement is beyond Rik’s Food Co’s control.

Keep in mind that delivery timeframes may be extended when orders are in transit over weekends or public holidays. We dispatch orders on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays each week.

Estimated Delivery Windows:

• Metro (same state): 1–2 business days from dispatch
• Regional (same state): Up to 5 business days
• Interstate metro: 2–5 business days
• Interstate regional: 4–8 business days
• Delayed deliveries: May take up to 15 business days

Rik’s Food Co is not responsible for courier inefficiencies such as missed pick-ups or label issues. If your delivery is delayed, we recommend submitting an enquiry with Australia Post before contacting our support team at customerservice@riksfoodco.com.au.

🚚 Shipping Charges

• Flat Rate: $9.95 Australia-wide
• Free Shipping: On all orders over $79
• International Shipping: Starting from $19.95 (rates vary by parcel weight and location)

📮 Carriers

Our primary delivery partner is Australia Post. However, we may occasionally use alternate couriers to optimise delivery times and service reliability.

🕒 Order Processing & Dispatch

• Order processing cut-off: 8:30am Thursday AEST each week
• Dispatch days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons
• Orders placed before Thursday 8:30am typically dispatch that same week
• Orders placed after the cut-off may ship the following week

All domestic deliveries are sent via standard post and do not require a signature on delivery.
